Help We Plant it Forward plan the 2026 Raleigh Arbor Day Celebration!

The Raleigh Arbor Day Celebration is an opportunity to spread awareness and forge a sense of community purpose around the benefits of trees and environmental sustainability. Supporting a healthier natural environment leads to healthier and happier people!

Volunteers are encouraged to join We Plant it Forward staff and board members as we begin to plan for the 2026 Raleigh Earth Day and Arbor Day Celebration!

What you’ll do:

As a volunteer, you’ll attend weekly meetings with We Plant it Forward staff and board members.

Between meetings, volunteers will have the opportunity to sign up for tasks, all critical to planning the festival, including:

• Planning environmental demonstrations

• Developing a trivia game

• Securing sponsorship

• Assisting with impact measurements
